This 108-room hotel is within walking distance of Yale University and surrounded by a growing culinary and cultural scene. The hotel’s restaurant, Hamilton Park, and rooftop bar will be operated by the team behind The Musket Room in Manhattan (Matt & Barbara Lambert, Jen Vitagliano) making it the first property in the New Haven area with a culinary program featuring a Michelin Star chef. Beyond that, the acclaimed mixologist Eben Freeman, also from New York City, will be advising on the Blake Hotel’s cocktail program. The Blake combines the subtle sophistication of New England with a strong focus on hospitality, to create a casual yet considered experience for locals and travelers alike.
