Ice Carving Competition & A Cappella Concert presented by The Shops at Yale
December 7 noon-4 p.m.
Location: Broadway Island, across from L.L.Bean/Apple/J.Crew/Urban Outfitters.

6 professional ice carvers will each transform 900 lbs. of ice into a spectacular sculpture in only 4 hours. Great photo opportunities with the sculptures after the event. Free Downtown Horse & Carriage Rides. You’ll also be treated to performances by several accomplished A Cappella groups and more! Free and open to the public. Plus, free parking is available to the first 200 cars at the 150 York Street Garage. Bring your ticket to The Shops at Yale tent at the event to be validated.

Holiday Village 2019 brings the magical tradition of European holiday markets to Downtown New Haven, offering local entrepreneurs the chance to showcase their arts, crafts and other gift items throughout this 4 day event. Inspired by outdoor pop-up winter marketplaces common throughout the world, The Holiday Village blends New Haven’s unique flavor with this classic, beloved tradition.
