Phil is polishing his shadow-spotting skills and mentally preparing for the most high-pressure weather prediction gig of the year. Whether he calls for six more weeks of winter or an early spring, February has already found us bundled up, caffeinated, and pressing forward with plenty of energy and good spirits.
Here at Opportunity Enterprises, we’re embracing the cozy season, celebrating small wins, and shining a light on the awesome people and moments that are carrying us through the heart of winter. Let’s see what this month has in store — groundhog verdict pending… 😉

Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year — and with our reduced winter hours, now is the perfect time to get those custom goodie basket orders in early!
Choose from a delicious lineup of Valentine-themed treats, including cupcakes, cookies, brownies, cake pops, French macarons, truffles, chocolate-covered strawberries, and more. Whether you’re surprising a sweetheart, a friend, or yourself (we support that!), we’ll help you put together something extra sweet.

Just a friendly reminder for anyone submitting custom order request forms with less than a week’s notice!
We absolutely love baking for you — but due to our updated schedule and the level of detail that goes into custom work, especially fondant designs, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice (and two weeks is even better, when possible!). Our calendar fills up quickly, and we want to be sure every order receives the care and attention it deserves.
Please also note our current operating hours:
MONDAY–WEDNESDAY — Open by appointment for order pick-ups only (7a–5p)
THURSDAY–FRIDAY — 7a–5p
SATURDAY — 8a–2p
SUNDAY — CLOSED
Due to this schedule, any order forms submitted after Friday will receive a callback on the following Wednesday.
