PWF will start the weed and feed process today, 24 March in the common areas, which include the playground areas. This will involve putting up flags, spraying the area, and removing the flags once the area is dry. While the flags are up, please keep your children/pets off the grass and the playground areas.
After all the spraying is completed, we will begin to mulch the playground area. Please be mindful of our workers when the mulch is being replaced.
PWF Contracted vendors are almost ready to start the seasonal mowing of the common areas in The Prairies and The Woods. Residents are reminded to follow these guidelines:
- All toys or small items must be picked up from the common areas.
- Personal items, such as tables, chairs, grills and toys will not be moved for mowing. Please have your personal items removed when not being used.
- Please make sure all trash is picked up and disposed of properly.
- Residents are responsible to ensure that all pet's feces have been picked up and disposed of properly when walking your pet.
PWF and/or contracted vendors will not be liable for damages to personal property that is left in common areas.
