MONDAY CLASSES

Cardio Core w/Heather

Class Description
This 60 min class will work your core while stretching you for a full body workout. This class is prefect for all levels.

6:00-7:00PM
Mat Pilates w/Kathy

Class Description
Develop functional abdominal, shoulder, and back strength from the inside out by developing lean, elongated muscles and spine flexibility, as well as improved posture. All levels.

TUESDAY CLASSES
Feldenkrais w/Yayoi

Class Description
You can increase our ease end range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement

Senior Strength w/Ellen -

Class Description
Join us for 60 mins of strength, balance, flexibility, cardio and range of motion. Exercises may be done in chairs and include low weights.

WEDNESDAY CLASSES
12:15-1:15PM
Yoga W/Itzik

Class Description
Vinyasa Yoga;In this class, we link poses together, beginning with more basic to increasingly challenging, going further into the sequences as the level of skill and ability progress. Includes sun salutations, standing poses, seated forward folds and inversions. Great for all levels

4:30-5:30PM
Gentle Yoga w/Jane

Class Description
Incorporate yoga postures in a slow, meditative, and calm practice. Perfect for beginners or experienced practitioners who wish to slow down.

THURSDAY CLASSES

Hatha Yoga strives to achieve balance between body and mind, through physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. This class will challenge you physically, improve your flexibility, strength, and help you become more relaxed.

Class Description
This is a 60 min non stop cardio workout, is a fusion of Pilates, Boxing an Dance.
