Welcome to a Busy Season at the Grove Area Chamber!

The Parkinson's Support Group meets on the second Thursday each month at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is open to YMCA members & non-members. Caregivers are encouraged to attend. If you or someone you know has Parkinson's, there is a Parkinson's Combination Exercise Class and Speech Therapy Class that meets every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 in the YMCA's downstairs group fitness room. There are chair exercises for the body and speech exercise to strengthen the voice and the muscles used for swallowing. The class is free.

Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. Pedaling for Parkinson’s (PFP) free to members & non-members.

Leadership Grove celebrated its 2026 graduation on Thursday, March 12, at Mulligans with 14 participants completing the program. Leadership Grove brings together local professionals, business owners, and community members for a series of sessions designed to help participants better understand how the Grove community works and how they can play a role in improving it. The program’s goal is to develop informed, engaged leaders who will help guide the future of our community.

Thank you to each of these individuals for dedicating the past several months to the program. We hope they will take what they have learned and continue to make a positive difference throughout Grove. Congratulations to all of the graduates, and thank you for allowing us the pleasure of getting to know you.

As they move forward, these graduates carry not only new knowledge and connections, but also the responsibility and opportunity to help shape the future of Grove through leadership, service, and community involvement.

CHAMBER CONNECTION LUNCHEON

Thursday, March 12th, the Grove Area Chamber held a Community Connection Luncheon featuring speaker Dana Able with the Grove Convention & Tourism Bureau. Dana spoke to the group about the new Wolf Creek Park & Expo Center; what is available at the center, and about some of the events that have happened and that are coming up. There was a great member turnout, thank you to everyone that attended! Chamber President Amanda Davis presented a membership overview, encouraging members to utilize the services included with their membership investment. Thank you to Mark Helt with Commercial Bank in Grove for providing an amazing lunch from Goodfella's Pizzeria Grove, and also, thank you to Northeast Tech BIS for hosting us.

Tickets: General Admission tickets ($60 plus tax and fees) include event entry and access to standard seating areas. VIP tickets ($150 plus tax and fees) include standing-room-only access in the exclusive VIP area (The Battlefield Clubhouse) located closer to the stage, along with access to a private VIP‑only bar and food area.

Hotel Packages: General Admission packages (including two tickets) are $229/night for three-night stays, $249/night for two-night stays. VIP packages (including two VIP tickets) are $299/night for three-night stays, $319/night for two-night stays.
