The Parkinson's Support Group meets on the second Thursday each month at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is open to YMCA members & non-members. Caregivers are encouraged to attend. If you or someone you know has Parkinson's, there is a Parkinson's Combination Exercise Class and Speech Therapy Class that meets every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 in the YMCA's downstairs group fitness room. There are chair exercises for the body and speech exercise to strengthen the voice and the muscles used for swallowing. The class is free.

GRAND RIVER SCHOOL OF PERFORMING ARTS
Interested in a career in the live sound engineering field? Grand River School of Performing Arts currently has openings for sound engineer trainees at live shows in the NE Oklahoma region. You'll get hands-on training from a seasoned professional who has more than 35 years of experience working with big name bands and traveling the world. GROVE CONVENTION AND TOURISM
Announcing Season 2 of the Grove Ice Rink. The Rink will be open November 24th - Dec. 31st every Friday 6-10 PM, Saturday 3-10 PM, and Sunday 3-8 PM. Cost is $5 per person and includes skates. A huge thanks to Grand Lake Family YMCA for running the Grove Rink and coming up with some new ideas. There will be a holiday movie on each Saturday and available times for Private Parties on Fridays 3-5 and Sat/Sundays 12-2.
