SECOND CHANCE PET RESCUE'S FIRST ANNUAL EGG MY YARD
Egg My Yard is a fun way to support Second Chance Pet Rescue! Your children, grandchildren (or favorite Easter egg loving person!) could wake up on Easter morning to the surprise of finding their yard filled with colorful plastic Easter eggs stuffed with treats. You can choose how many eggs you want delivered to your house. You will also need to choose the night that you want them delivered; Friday, April 19 or Saturday, April 20. Scavenger hunt on the Nature Trail. Instructions will need to be picked up at the Har-Ber Village Museum Nature Center. Museum admission is not required.

BERNICE NATURE CENTER ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT
Saturday, April 20, 1 p.m., Bernice Nature Center
Hop on down to the Bernice Area of Grand Lake State Parks for the 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Peter Cottontail himself will be arriving in the park with candy and toy filled Easter eggs for children 12 and under to gather. Peter Cottontail will be available for photos before the event. This event will take place rain or shine.

GRAND LAKE YOUTH ART SHOW
Friday, April 26 to Sunday, April 28, Grove Community Center

Ribbon Cuttings
PRMG, located at 7 E. 3 rd in downtown Grove was the gathering spot for a ribbon cutting hosted by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors and staff on Thursday, April 11. Sherry and Randy Sherrell are thrilled to be back in the Grove and Grand Lake area doing full service lending.
The Grove Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors and staff hosted a ribbon cutting for new Chamber member  The Fireplace & More Store  on Friday, April 12 at the Chamber office. The Fireplace & More Store, operating out of Joplin, Missouri, began its humble beginnings in a barn in 1999 and has since become one of the biggest fireplace stores in and around the area selling all types of fireplaces from inserts to pellet stoves to outdoor kitchens.
