May 13, 2026

As we move into an exciting summer season at Grand Lake, we want to take a moment to thank you for helping make May such a strong and successful month for the Grove Area Chamber. Your continued support of Chamber programming, events, partnerships, and promotions is what allows us to keep building momentum for our businesses and communities across the region.

One of the biggest opportunities ahead is our upcoming Toes in the Grand event, and sponsorship opportunities are still available. This signature event continues to grow in attendance, visibility, and economic impact, bringing thousands of visitors to the Grand Lake region each year. Sponsoring Toes in the Grand is a great way to increase exposure for your business while supporting an event that drives tourism, community pride, and customer traffic throughout the area. We encourage you to connect with our team soon to learn more about available partnership levels and how we can help spotlight your business during the event.

We also want to remind all members to take advantage of one of the most valuable benefits included with your Chamber membership — promotion through our award-winning website, groveok.org. The website continues to be the most visited destination on our platform and serves as a key resource for both visitors and local residents looking for things to do, places to shop, dining options, events, and community information.

As a Chamber member, you can post your events, specials, promotions, fundraisers, live music, sales, and community activities free of charge on the website calendar. This is an easy and effective way to increase visibility and help drive additional traffic to your business or organization. If you have upcoming events or promotions planned for the summer season, now is the perfect time to make sure they are added online and reaching our growing audience.

The Chamber remains committed to marketing and promoting the Grand Lake region at the highest level, and your investment and involvement make that possible. We appreciate your partnership, your belief in our mission, and your continued commitment to helping our communities thrive.

Thank you again for being part of the momentum and for continuing to support the Grove Area Chamber. We are looking forward to an incredible summer season together.

Enjoy your week

~ Amanda

OKLAHOMA RED BUD AWARDS

Grove Area Chamber of Commerce

The Grove Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce an exciting season of statewide recognition after receiving two prestigious honors at the Oklahoma Redbud Awards Banquet, one of the highest distinctions in Oklahoma’s tourism industry.

The Chamber was recognized for "Best Website", and for its highly successful Shop Grand Lake Holiday Shopping Experience Marketing Campaign. The Shop Grand Lake initiative has become a major regional promotion encouraging consumers to support local businesses throughout the Grand Lake area during the holiday season. Over the past two years, the campaign has awarded an impressive $28,000 in cash prizes, helping drive traffic into local businesses while creating excitement and economic impact across the region.

Presented during the annual Oklahoma Conference on Tourism, hosted in partnership with the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association and the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, the awards celebrate excellence in tourism promotion, innovation, and community impact throughout the state.

In addition to the Redbud Awards, the Grove Area Chamber was also honored during the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives Conference, further recognizing the organization’s commitment to leadership, member services, marketing excellence, and community advancement.

“These recognitions are a reflection of the incredible support we receive from our members, partners, volunteers, and communities throughout the Grand Lake region,” said Chamber President Amanda Davis. “We are honored to be recognized at the state level and proud to represent a region that continues to grow in visibility, tourism, and opportunity. Our team works hard every day to promote this area and support the businesses that make Grand Lake such a vibrant destination. We are incredibly grateful for the businesses and organizations that invest in the Chamber and believe in the future of this community. The momentum we are seeing across Grand Lake is exciting, and we remain committed to promoting, advocating for, and supporting the people and businesses that make this region thrive.”
