GROVE COMMUNITY PLAYMAKERS PRESENT "I AND YOU"
The last two performances of this play will run March 28, 31, 2019; Thursday, performance at 7:30 p.m. Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. The doors open 30
minutes prior to curtain. Tickets for adults are $15. Students, Upper Elementary through college, pay only $8 each. Group rates are available. Major credit cards

who quote poetry. They are authentically offbeat teen characters who will be

HAR-BER VILLAGE VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION
Saturday, April 6, 10 - 11 a.m.
The museum will honor the 2018 volunteers in a short ceremony at 10 a.m., and recruit additional community-minded individuals day-long. 2018 volunteers will receive free admission this day. As a special treat, visit with Women's Baseball League player Gina Casey in the Visitor Center Back Gallery from 10 a.m. - noon.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID
Friday, April 12, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Church of the Shepherd, 1600 Har-Ber Rd.
Learn to identify and help others experiencing mental health problems and crises. This is an internationally accredited class and introduces participants to what mental illness is and how to help until professionals are available. The class is fun, uses exercises, role play, and is taught by an experienced mental health nurse. Please call Bruce Austin at 918-607-3122 by April 1st. Class size is limited to 30 participants. Cost is $50 which includes manual and all materials and refreshments.

CANINE THEMED SATURDAY ON NATURE TRAIL

Calling all dogs and their owners! Representatives from canine-themed organizations will visit Har-Ber Village. Learn more about your furry friend. Guests will include Katie Menard of Collars for Scholars, a dog obedience business, and more. Museum admission is not required.

SECOND CHANCE PET RESCUE'S FIRST ANNUAL EGG MY YARD
Egg My Yard is a fun way to support Second Chance Pet Rescue! Your children, grandchildren (or favorite Easter egg loving person!) could wake up on Easter morning to the surprise of finding their yard filled with colorful plastic Easter eggs stuffed with treats. You can choose how many eggs you want delivered to your house. You will also need to choose the night that you want them delivered; Friday, April 19 or Saturday, April 20. SCAVENGER HUNT ON THE NATURE TRAIL

Scavenger hunt on the Nature Trail. Instructions will need to be picked up at the Har-Ber Village Museum Nature Center. Museum admission is not required.

BERNICE NATURE CENTER ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT
Saturday, April 20, 1 p.m., Bernice Nature Center
Hop on down to the Bernice Area of Grand Lake State Parks for the 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Peter Cottontail himself will be arriving in the park with candy and toy filled Easter eggs for children 12 and under to gather. Peter Cottontail will be available for photos before the event. This event will take place rain or shine.

GRAND LAKE YOUTH ART SHOW
Friday, April 26 to Sunday, April 28, Grove Community Center
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sunday. Refreshments will be served from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday. The event is sponsored by members of the Grove Springs Cultural District, Brush & Palette Art Gallery, in partnership with Grand Lake area schools and businesses. Business After Hours
We would like to extend a huge
thank you to Dr.  Karl Jobst  and
his wonderful staff at  Grand Lake Dental  for hosting a great Business After Hours. Everyone had an excellent time visiting this beautiful facility! Great food was provided by  The Parrot Steakhouse & Grill
 and some super nice door prizes were given away to some of the
lucky attendees. It was a great networking opportunity for all
 as well as a nice chance to see friends, both old and new.
