The Whoville 5K- December 8th
On-site Registration from 1:00-1:30, the race begins at 2:00

Every Who down in Oklahoma liked Christmas a lot, but the Grinch who lived just over yonder certainly did not! It could be that his jogging pants just didn’t fit right. It could be perhaps, that his running shoes were too tight. The Grinch hated Christmas! The whole Christmas season, but he’d never spent one in Grove, and maybe that was the reason. So we puzzled and puzzled till our puzzler was sore to create an event that every Who will adore. We’ve invited the Grinch and Cindy Lou too, now all that’s missing is you, our favorite Who!

On behalf of the Mayor of Whoville, the Grove Area Chamber , and Sugar'd Spoon Bakery , you are invited to join us on Sunday, December 8th for the Whoville 5K. Pre-Register by November 27th to receive a discounted registration fee of $25, a cookie, and a race t-shirt. Registrations after November 27th are $30. For a registration form, please email [email protected] . Prizes will be awarded for the best times.

Not a runner? You don’t have to run to win the coveted Cheermeister Award! Created for the Who’s Who of Whoville, this year one lucky Grand Laker will walk away with the prize! In order to win, participants are encouraged dress in their best Who finery, and typify the qualities of whodom and whodery… May the best Who win!
Remember, The Grinch wouldn’t leave Max behind, so don’t leave your furry friends either!
