The witching hour is close at hand, and the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce invites your business to be a part of the fun! Ghosts of Grove Haunted History Tours will take place this October 25 th  and 26 th .
 
Here’s how you and your business can get involved:
 
Option 1 - We are seeking businesses that would be willing to extend hours on Oct. 25 th  and 26 th   to offer promotions/discounts to those that present tour ticket stubs. All special offers will expire on Oct. 27 th . A map of participating business will be promoted on social media and at the event.
 
Option 2 – We are seeking businesses that would like to set-up games on the community center lawn for guests to enjoy while waiting for their tour to depart. This is a great opportunity to do some community networking and to promote your business.
 
Email  [email protected]  and let us know how you would like to participate. You must submit your proposal before Friday, the 13th of September.

Ribbon Cutting
GREAT COMMUNITY SUPPORT! Community members from many different businesses and organizations were on hand to show support at the ribbon cutting for the Community Crisis Center at their new Grove location at 3651 US Hwy 59. Community Crisis Center is a non-profit organization assisting with domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking cases. They are a walk in advocacy center providing such services as legal advocacy, protection order assistance, court accompaniment, crime victim’s compensation, counseling & support groups. The mission – to empower individuals and families to end domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking by providing client services, prevention education, community collaboration, and public awareness. They also offer a 24 hour support hotline – 1-800-400-0883. You can find them on the web at www.getmeout.org .
Business After Hours
The Chamber would like to extend appreciation to  Indigo Sky Casino  for hosting a wonderful Business After Hours on Thursday, August 15.
