RIBBON CUTTING

A Ribbon Cutting was held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors for Climatech Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, located at 63233 E. 290 Rd in Grove. Co-owner Justing Austin started ClimaTech in 2009 and partnered with Joel McCorkle in 2019. With 14 employees and 10 service trucks, Austin and McCorkle decided to expand their business, moving to their new location on the east side of town, which is 75% larger than their former location. Climatech services most of the Grand Lake and Miami areas and has recently expanded into plumbing services, partnering with Jim Sarge at Zap Plumbing. Climatech Heating and Air Conditioning: Residential and commercial servicer, proud American Standard dealer and available 24/7 for your emergency needs.

LIFECENTRICS, LLC
A Ribbon Cutting was held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors for LifeCentrics, LLC. LifeCentrics practices and utilizes the “Art of Self Health”, and its message is: “Resilience through mindful living”. Owner Carol LaRue is a published author ("The Art of Self-Health"), as well as an experienced speaker, group facilitator and coach. Having worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years and moving to the Grand Lake area in 2006, LaRue sees LifeCentrics as a “post-retirement passion”. Working with individuals as well as schools and organizations, LifeCentrics strives to train the mind and body for resilience to stress and burn-out, self-care and self-health, emotional awareness and balanced living.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS FEBRUARY 2023
The February Business After Hours event was held at NEO Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, located at 2123 S. Main St. in Grove. Attendees were treated to delicious snacks and drinks as well as a tour of their amazing facilities. Shaelyn Berry, Nurse Practitioner with Family Medical Center, was the winner of a festive door prize. A huge thank you to those who attended the event, The Regatta on Grand for catering and a special thank you to NEO Orthopedics & Rehabilitation for hosting. March’s Business After Hours will be held at Blu Bayou Gifts & Décor and will be Mardi Gras themed!
