RIBBON CUTTING
Doug Londagin - Keller Williams Real Estate Agent
The Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors held a Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, March 23, 2023, for Realtor Doug Londagin at his Keller Williams office, located at 102 E. 3rd St. in Grove. Doug graduated from Colcord High School and lived with his family in the Siloam Springs area until 2003 when he and his wife of 35 years, Martha, decided to move to Grove, a decision that was made based on their appreciation of the area and the good school district. Shortly after, Doug became the owner of the Chevrolet dealership in Vinita and worked there for many years. Doug has been actively involved in the community, particularly as a coach in Jay and Broken Bow and being the President of the Grove Ridgerunner’s Touchdown Club. Though Doug enjoyed selling cars, he believed that his love for sales could be better utilized as a realtor: “You buy and trade-in a car every few years; buying a house is a much bigger commitment.” And so, after his son had graduated from Grove High School, Doug decided to chase a dream that he had since the 1990s: becoming a realtor. He acquired his Real Estate license in the summer of 2022 and is ready to be your reliable, hometown Keller-Williams agent.

Ambassadors attending the Ribbon Cutting were Sharie Cox – Grove’s Royal Liquor, Todd Franke – AmeriSpec Home Inspections, Louise Templin – Individual Member, Jordan Perez – FirsTitle, John Sawyer – Sawyer Phillips Insurance, Jamie Johnson – Grove Nursing Center, Dalton Homan – Edward Jones, Liza Hardesty – Grand River Abstract & Title, Shelby Maine – Grand River Abstract & Title, Angela Hamilton – Grand River Abstract & Title, Jay Alexander – Grand Savings Bank and Judi Johnson – McGraw Realtors. Christian Medical Clinic of Grand Lake
The Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors held a Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, March 23, 2023, for the Christian Medical Clinic, located inside First Baptist Church, 501 E. 13th St. in Grove. The idea for the clinic came about when Dr. Rollin Bland returned from one of his many mission trips in January of 2001. His office manager asked when Dr. Bland would “…do something at home?”. With help from the Ministerial Alliance of Jay and Grove, many volunteer doctors and nurses and donations from all over, the clinic was born. Several community churches offered a space for the clinic to call home, but First Baptist Church of Grove was the perfect fit. Today, the clinic’s continued existence and success is thanks to the ongoing support of medical and staff volunteers, Integris Hospital and the community at large. The clinic’s services are based on mission, prayer and helping others. They provide medical, chiropractic and spiritual care for those in the community that are not able to acquire medical insurance coverage and are open on Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Grand Aero Spa
A Ribbon Cutting was held by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors on Friday, March 24, 2023, for Grand Aero Spa, located at 306 W. Airport Dr., Grove. Owner Natasha Wilcox started the business in 2021 as “Grand Auto Spa”, formerly located next to Chickanella’s on Highway 59 North, where she detailed cars, large RV’s and coaches. Natasha’s husband Dr. Chris Wilcox is an avid flyer and together they decided that there was a need for airplane detailing too. With that, Phase II of the business’ evolution included aircraft detailing, inside and out. While Natasha still does auto and RV detailing at her new location, aircraft detailing is now also available, and they abide by the strict protocols required by the FAA for cleaning aircraft. Grand Aero Spa is the first and only airplane detail shop in the Grand Lake area…and they can do mobile service too! So whether its your dirty pick-up truck, luxury RV or your Cessna plane, Natasha can clean it!
