PLAYMAKERS - "UNDERNEATH THE LINTEL"

January 31 - February 16. There will be eight performances Friday evenings, Sunday matinees, and Tuesday evenings through February 16. Evening performances begin at 7:30 and Sunday matinees being at 2 p.m. There are no paper tickets, but seating is $15 for adults and $8 for students, mid-school and above for this production. Credit cards are accepted. Reservations are encouraged by leaving a message at the theatre, (918) 786 8950, or emailing [email protected] . A volunteer will contact you to confirm.

SOUPER BOWL SATURDAY - INTEGRIS GROVE HOSPITAL

Saturday, February 1, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Join the INTEGRIS Grove Hospital Auxiliary for a tasty fundraiser featuring a large assortment of homemade soups from some of Grand Lake's best chefs, their volunteers! For a $5 donation, guests will receive a bowl of soup or four sample size portions, a drink and dessert. Or try all you can eat for $10 and get a bowl you can keep. Soup will be served starting at 11 a.m.There will also be door prize drawings and entertainment throughout the afternoon as well as free screenings.

Spanish Service w/ Holy Communion every Wednesday evening at 6 pm.

Tai Chi: For Better Balance , Tuesdays and Thursdays (January 7- March 26) at 12:00. Class is designed to help seniors reduce the risk of falling, increase balance, and increase flexibility.

SAIL (Staying Active & Independent for Life) Tuesdays and Thursdays (January 7- March 26) at 1:00. Fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing.

The BIG Playdate Wednesday, January 29th at 10:30 Socializing, art, toys and sensory play for children from birth to age 5. Snacks for the kids and grownups can enjoy some caffeinated beverages.

Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home is recognizing Hometown Heroes each month and would like your help with nominations. The person chosen will have their story shared on the Worley Luginbuel Facebook page, be recognized with a ceremony, and receive a token of appreciation. Baycrest Apartments

Thank you to Baycrest Apartments for hosting a fantastic Business After Hours on Thursday, January 16 and to all that put in the hard work to make this a successful event. The event was well attended with a “Roaring 20s” theme and a good time was had by all that were able to come out. Business After Hours is a great way to showcase your business and a great networking opportunity for those attending.

Leadership Grove Graduation 2020

Congrats to the Leadership Grove class of 2020! The Leadership Grove Graduation dinner was held at The Shebang on Thursday, January 23. The Leadership program is composed of nine sessions in Grove and Delaware County and a class project which consisted of fundraising for a new firehouse for the Grove Fire Department. The class held a very successful event - Trivia Tacos & Tequila Tuesday Benefitting Grove Fire Department at Doc’s at Shangri-La which raised $4,260 for the cause.
