We are excited to share with you our new Strategic Plan, which will guide our work through 2024. In this plan we articulate our bold aspiration: A just and vibrant Minnesota where all communities and people thrive. You, our community, are our partners in realizing this vision.

Crescent Cove is a special place, imagined by a young woman at the end of her life. The hospice home for children was made possible in part by her grandparents’ vision and commitment.

Join us on September 19 for the 2019 Facing Race Awards. The evening will feature art, music, a dance performance, refreshments, Saint Paul’s Mayor Melvin Carter and a celebration of awardees. North Dakota State Representative Ruth Buffalo will deliver a keynote on reclaiming the power of our stories.

Saint Paul Urban Tennis uses sports to inspire community, building both life skills and wicked backhands.

We’re excited to share the innovative work of our grantees with you.

The Foundations recently made a grant to SEEN — a project that gathers portraits, audio, written works and video both of and by people in prison.

“Being incarcerated is a limited aspect of an individual’s lived experience, yet often it is the only narrative that society will allow about that individual.

SEEN lifts up the untold stories and adds important dimensions of the whole person to our collective narratives, which helps shape how we perceive each other.” — Nadege Souvenir, Vice President of Operations & Learning, Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundations
