We’re happy to share that even with the many construction projects happening across our campus, our Club members have continued to experience the joys of gardening through our Harvest Project program.
Last summer, Club members dedicated an impressive 670 collective hours to caring for our garden, nurturing plants from tiny seeds all the way to harvest. This month, they began getting their hands back in the soil by clearing garden beds and starting seeds in preparation for another season of growth.
Through gardening, Club members learn more than just how to grow plants. They build patience and responsibility, gain a better understanding of where food comes from, and develop healthy habits, confidence, and curiosity.
