No Thyme To Cook has grown tremendously since the first SBDC meeting. So many exciting milestones have been reached by No Thyme to Cook since becoming a client of SBDC. In November 2017 Gwyn was able to open a retail store "Provisions." "After nearly three years of planning and building, No Thyme to Cook, Southern Maryland’s Home for Cooking Classes, has moved into its new kitchens. Located on the harbor in Solomons Island, the nearly 4,000 square foot building features state of the art teaching kitchens on two floors and so much more." 
It was 2002 when Deborah Taylor attended SBDC's Start Right for Success class. One week later she met with Business Consultant, Bill Hitte. Deborah came to the meeting with industry experience, a business plan including researched startup costs, a tentative location and family support.
