The International Growth Committee was tasked by President Tracy Huxley to develop a program to help Districts identify Optimist Clubs that are at risk for disbandment, and to recommend interventions before it's too late.
The committee presented the program during the monthly Governor’s meeting with the President but was unable to hold a question-and-answer session. So, the committee is inviting Governors and District Membership Engagement chairs to a Q&A on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, at 7 p.m. central time.
Governors have been provided access to the Power Point presentation for their review. The length of the meeting will be determined by the number of questions.
