City Council Meeting
As a result of the COVID-19 virus, resulting orders and direction from the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of California, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and the City of La Habra Heights Declaration of Emergency, the public will not be permitted to physically attend the La Habra Heights City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2020. Also, a change in start time of the regular meeting was necessary to comply with social distancing requirements for City Council Members and staff attending in-person, and at the same time, provide the option for City Council Members and staff to attend the meeting remotely. The regular meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. instead of 6:30 p.m., but the scheduled public hearings will not begin until 6:30 p.m. The closed session will follow the end of the regular meeting.

Residents are encouraged to submit comments on any agenda item or on any item not on the agenda in writing via mail to City Clerk, 1245 N. Hacienda Road, La Habra Heights, Ca 90631, by email to info@lhhcity.org, or by phone at (562) 694-6302. Please note that the City Council is making every effort to follow the spirit and intent of the Brown Act and other applicable laws regulating the conduct of public meetings in order to maximize transparency and public access. It would be appreciated if communications of public comments related to items on the agenda, or items not on the agenda, are provided to info@lhhcity.org prior to the commencement of the meeting. Public comment received by mail or email will be read during public comment. If that is not possible, every effort will be made to attempt to review emails during the course of the meeting. If you prefer to provide public comment during the meeting over telephone, please call City Hall at (562) 694-6302 and leave your name and phone number and a staff member will call you during the public comment section of the meeting.
