Hagåtña -- The Guam Chamber of Commerce announced today that the Board of Directors elected its slate of officers for the 2026 Administrative Year.
Edward G. Untalan, Senior Vice President, Guam & CNMI, First Hawaiian Bank, was elected Chairman of the Board; Marcos Fong, Chief Executive Officer, Foremost Foods/ Coca Cola Beverage Company, was elected Vice Chairman; and Kim Anderson Young, President, Security Title, Inc, was elected Secretary-Treasurer.
The 2026 Executive Committee of the Guam Chamber of Commerce will additionally be comprised of Immediate Past Chairman, Tae Oh, Vice-President, Vantage Advertising and PSI Holding, LLC., Special Executive Committee Member, Gabrielle L.G. Bamba, Chief Operations Officer, ASC Trust, and Catherine Castro, President, Guam Chamber of Commerce, effective January 21, 2026.
"We are eager to work with our newly installed officers and our Chamber Board as we begin a new year of service," said Catherine Castro, President of the Guam Chamber of Commerce. “Together with our community partners, the Chamber is committed to tackling challenges, pursuing opportunities, and advancing initiatives that will strengthen our island's business climate and drive sustainable growth across our economy.”
The Guam Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit voluntary association of over 400 businesses, professional individuals, and firms united in their desire to improve business and build a better social and economic community in Guam.
