and Trinity High School have signed an agreement guaranteeing qualified Trinity graduates admission and a merit scholarship to the university.
Trinity graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (weighted Trinity transcript GPA up to a maximum 4.0) and either 1000 SAT (EBRW & Math) or 19 ACT composite will receive, at minimum, a renewable $15,000 four year merit scholarship award with a total value of $60,000, and up to maximum $20,000 per year. Trinity students will also receive a $1,000 catholic school award.
Trinity students also have automatic acceptance into Alvernia's post-graduate programs, including Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs. Students looking to major in the 5 year Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and 1080 SAT (22 ACT), or in the 3+3 Doctorate of Physical Therapy program must have a minimum 3.5 and 1170 SAT (24 ACT).
The award can only be received for four years total except for the 5 year MSOT and MSAT programs.
Under the agreement, an Alvernia University representative will also visit Trinity High School three times annually.
