Guaranteed Admissions Program
Trinity High School and King's College
King's College a nd Trinity High School have partnered on an admissions agreement guaranteeing qualified Trinity graduates admission and a four-year renewable scholarship to the university.

"This partnership provides the opportunity for our students to attend another fine Catholic institution," said Principal John W. Cominsky. "Of special note is the opportunity for Trinity students to know of their immediate acceptance into highly competitive programs, including engineering and physician's assistant programs, at King's."

Under the agreement, signed by Michelle Oliva, Director of Admission at King's, and Cominsky, Trinity students who meet defined requirements are guaranteed admission to King's. Students who have a 3.0 GPA and 1000 SAT (EBRW and math) qualify for this program and will receive, at minimum, a four-year $16,000 award, with a total value of $64,000.

King's also grants guaranteed admission to specific programs, including Physician's Assistant and Engineering (the Nursing program is excluded from the automatic admissions agreement). Those interested in the Physician's Assistant program will need to have a 3.6 weighted GPA and either 1140 SAT (EBRW and math) with a minimum of a 550 in each section, or a 24 ACT composite. They will also need grades of a 3.00 (85%) or better. These students will be granted acceptance in the Physician's Assistant program with, at minimum, a $16,000 four-year award, with a total value of $64,000. Shadowing hours are highly preferred, but not required.

For guaranteed acceptance to King's Engineering program, Trinity students will need a 3.3 weighted GPA and either 1140 SAT (EBRW and math) with a minimum of a 550 in EBRW and 650 in math for each section, or a 24 ACT composite (24 math minimum score). Students will also need grades of a 3.00 (85%) or better in all math and science classes, and they need to have completed pre-calculus, physics, and chemistry courses at Trinity, with grades of 3.00 (85%) or better. Students who meet this criteria will be awarded, at minimum, a $16,000 four-year award, with a total value of $64,000. Shadowing hours are highly preferred, but not required.

King's College will waive the application fee for Trinity students.
