PARKWAY SELF STORAGE

 GUARDIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES PHASE I
Guardian Construction, Trek Development, and 915 Brinton LLC would like to congratulate Guardian Storage on the recent purchase of the Parkway Self Storage at 915 Brinton Road, Braddock Hills. The conversion of the previous Holiday Inn to self storage was an innovative way to bring viable business back to the Braddock Hills community. Guardian Construction completed Phase I of the project and we wish Steven Cohen and the Guardian Storage team the very best moving forward.

Cannon USA
Cranberry Township
Renovations at Cannon USA, Inc. in Cranberry Township were recently completed in August. The 8,500 square foot interior office renovation was completed during regular hours without interruption to daily business. The project included demolition and new construction of offices. We would like to thank the management and staff of Cannon USA for their coordination efforts and patience during construction. 
SunCap EQT Waynesburg
Roof Replacement
The removal of the existing EPDM roofing membrane is underway. The new Thermoplastic RhinoBond Roof System selected will cover a total of 83,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.
