GOT KIDS? Find time to draw up a daily schedule for your kids similar to a basic school day. As much as kids hate being in school they'll value a set summer schedule. Outline study time, snack, reading/quiet time, lunch, indoor play time and outdoor play time.
FOOD! Eating out is easy but not always nice to our health & pocketbooks. Write down a few menu-ed meals you enjoy eating from your favorite local restaurants. If you have others in your household let everyone include their favorite foods and appetizers. Take this list to your local grocery store, replicating these meals together!
WEEKENDS! During the weekends is when we consume most of our home's energy. This would be a great time to be outdoors. Garage sales are great for finding cheap hidden treasures. Growing a garden is also a great way to spend more time outside while saving money on store bought herbs, veggies and fruit.

Spicy Crock Pot Cheesy Hamburger Dip

- 2 lb Velveeta cubed
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 16 oz jar Mild Pace Salsa
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb Hot Jimmy Dean Sausage

Directions
- In a large skillet fry hamburger and sausage until cooked through, drain grease.
- Mix all ingredients together in large crock pot.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
