"I have been looking forward to the time I would come in and meet with the students to show them 'the tricks of the trade' and what is important for them to know when working in a restaurant kitchen. This training will give these students the tools to develop their skills and become more valuable to themselves and the community."

Tommy Grella is known as a finalist in The Next Food Network Star (season 3) and for his wonderful gourmet meals. He has hosted local cigar dinners and wine tastings while creating his reputation as a detailed chef for the last 10 years. Tommy was a guest chef at restaurants like Eat! In Pensacola, Florida, The Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, as well as The Food and Wine festival in Disney's Epcot.
The Culinary Training program is offered to adults at or below the poverty level to assist them in becoming self-sufficient citizens within their communities. A $3,000 donation will sponsor a trainee's entire 3-month internship. For more details email or call Ray Joyce at (978) 269-5212.
