Facility Rental Guidance Update Regarding COVID-19

Hello Adam,

 

We appreciate your patience as we attempt to navigate updated guidance issued by public health officials. We appreciate the chance to clarify our safety protocols for you and all of our Facility Rental clients.

 

After reviewing guidance and reaching out to health officials, we are re-aligning closer to King County’s guidance which was released on September 16th for our Facility Rental program. You can reference that here: September 16 - Proof of vaccination or Negative test

 

Therefore, Facility Rental users that will be required to show vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 test will be as follows:


  • All Indoor Facility Rental Users over the age of 12
  • All Outdoor Facility Rental Users over the age of 12 where participation is 500 or greater. Which includes all persons; Participants, Organizers, Coaches, Spectators, Vendors, Etc.

 

Other outdoor users will not be required to verify their participants, organizers, etc. if their event will be less than 500 persons.
