Hey Broadway Family and Friends:
BROADWAY REOPENING JULY 5, 2020
BCC GUIDELINES FOR REOPENING:
(Remember our Vision is to
Love Jesus Passionately
Love Everyone Unconditionally
. The reason for these guidelines is to love and protect our community of believers.)

will be MANDATORY
for entrance to the campus and
must be worn at all times
. Masks will be provided if you do not have one.
Temperature checks will be taken at the entrance. If you have a temperature
you will be asked to return to your home and contact your family physician.
Maintain 6-feet social distancing while on campus.
Wash hands with soap and water frequently or use hand sanitizer stations.
If you are not feeling well, have a fever, are over the age of 60, or have a compromised immune system due to heart disease, lung disease, cancer, respiratory illness, or genetic deficiency, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to stay at home and continue to watch our Online Services.

WORSHIP SERVICE INFORMATION:
Classic and Contemporary Services will be held
simultaneously at 10:30 a.m.
Classic Service will be held in the Sanctuary in the North Building and pews will be marked for open seating areas. Contemporary Service will be held in the Worship Center in the South Building and we ask that you sit in family groupings or individuals allowing 3 chairs between each group.
There will be a dedicated 6-8-minute Family Segment for Children in the Contemporary Service called “THIS IS EPIC.” We want to provide a meaningful portion of the service to include children.
Entrances will be limited to the Front Glass Door Entrance, Saunier Street Entrance, and the ADA Entrance in the Fellowship Hall to allow access to elevators.
Doors will open at 10:00 a.m.
The Sanctuary, Worship Center and Restrooms have all been sanitized and protected. The fogging application is EPA approved and certified by the Army Corp of Engineers. This treatment provides protection against 99% of all viruses, bacteria, fungi, and mold for 3 months. We had our carpets cleaned and sanitized as well. We want to reassure church attenders we have taken extra precaution to provide for a safe and sanitized return to our campus.
Broadway is following the CDC guidelines at a minimum. As the CDC guidelines evolve, so will our restrictions for campus participation.
Looking forward to seeing our Broadway Family again!
