Caribe Seaside is one of the newest beachfront developments to hit the Gulf Coast. The project is spearheaded by local developer, Larry Wireman, who is behind several award-winning, luxury condominiums such as Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Alabama. Caribe Seaside is a sister resort to one of Wireman's successful developments, The Caribe, consisting of three high-rise condominiums spanning across the peninsula of Old River.
