Dear Gulf Winds East Owners:
The Board of Directors and Seacrest Southwest are committed to addressing owners’ questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. To assist us in responding efficiently and ensuring that communications are properly directed and documented, we ask that owners submit their questions, concerns, and requests to our Community Association Manager, Alena Gray, at agray@seacrest-sw.com or (239) 261-3440, extension 132, in accordance with the Association’s Resolution Establishing Rules for Resident Communications. Requests to inspect the Association’s official records and written inquiries will continue to be addressed in accordance with the requirements of Florida law and the Association’s Official Records Inspection Policy Resolution.
The members of your Board of Directors are volunteers and fellow unit owners who generously contribute their time and efforts to serving the community. We respectfully ask that all communications with the Board, management, and Association staff remain courteous and professional. Respectful and constructive communication helps ensure that everyone’s questions and concerns receive the attention they deserve and promotes a positive environment for our community.
