Dear Valencia Lakes Residents,
We are pleased to announce the results of the Gyms Post Air Quality Report have come back as all cleared. So based on the outcome of these results and with the remediation completed, we will be opening the portion of the gym, that is not under repair (the area closest to the pool), beginning tomorrow, Friday, December 1st at 6:00 am.
In order to make this opening happen, the gym equipment has been rearranged to accommodate optimal use of a smaller area.
Please remember, reconstruction of the remediation area continues.
So, keeping the gym open will be contingent upon residents staying out of the reconstruction area, not violating the temporary barricade, and not doing anything to infringe on that area or interfere with the workers. If any of this activity occurs, the gym will be closed until all repairs are completed.
