The Gym & Office Are Open!

Look for Directional Signage

The clubhouse remodel is still underway; however, the gym and OA office are open! When you arrive at the clubhouse to use the gym or visit the office, please look for directional signage indicating how to access these areas, as access points will change throughout the remainder of the remodel process.

Please note that certain areas of the clubhouse will remain closed while we continue installing the new tile and front desk. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this exciting renovation!

Time for Fall Cleanup!

We're Tidying our Common Areas

It's time to prepare our community for winter! As we head into October and November, the Association will begin a fall cleanup of our outdoor common areas.

Fall cleanup includes winterizing the sprinkler systems, raking leaves, removing dead greenery, and clearing debris from common areas.

Please Trim Branches & Shrubs!

Keep Sidewalks Clear

Participate in SunCrest's fall cleanup efforts by trimming branches and shrubs on your property that overhang the sidewalk! By keeping an 8-foot clearance above all sidewalks, you'll help keep SunCrest's walkways safe and accessible for all our community members. Thanks for doing your part to keep the community accessible for everyone!

Holiday Lights and Displays

Please Be Courteous to Neighbors!

As you decorate your home for Halloween or other holidays, please be courteous to your neighbors by unplugging inflatable displays and lights at night!

Additionally, please keep in mind SunCrest's holiday lighting restrictions. Temporary lights may be installed no sooner than October 1, and holiday lights may be illuminated between November 15 and January 15.

RV Parking Season Has Ended

Please Find Alternate Storage

RV parking season has come to an end! If you have not yet relocated your camper, trailer, or boat, please make arrangements to do so as soon as possible. RV parking will be permitted again in May.

Next Open Board Meeting

SunCrest's next Open Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, at 6 pm via Zoom.

Open Board Meetings are the perfect opportunity to get involved at SunCrest! You can present questions to the Board during our open forum at the beginning of each meeting.

Fall Festival

Village Green

Let's celebrate all things autumn at SunCrest's Fall Festival! Stop by the Village Green on October 10 from 12 to 2 pm to enjoy the changing leaves and a slew of fun fall activities. Rain or shine, we'll see you on Saturday!

While you're there, purchase lunch for the whole family from the Smoke a Billy BBQ food truck!

Scott Steadman and Robyn Foulger with SunCrest Lifestyle will be hosting a fall-themed scavenger hunt with prizes, so don't forget to stop by and say hi!

Wizarding World of SunCrest is coming back! Our Wizard twist on a Halloween event will be a magical night for the entire family. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume or your best Wizard outfit!

We'll have lots of fun Wizarding activities! Get sorted into your house, meet some mystical creatures, make a potion or wand, ride on a train, and more!
