HAPPY NEW YEAR!
To celebrate 2021, please join us for the launch of H+ Academy with the featured Roundtable discussion and debate. It takes place on Sunday, January 17, 2021 (at 9:00 AM US PST). We welcome you to celebrate with us! Get your free ticket now at Eventbrite
The H+ Academy is an opportunity to face the world's issues with leading thinkers of AI, Philosophy, Economics, Science and the Arts, and offers two platforms for attendees: the 30-Minute Roundtable discussion & debate followed by breakout Workshops facilitated by members.

Going Meta with the Brain is the theme of the first Roundtable with Philosopher & NASA-Baruch Blumberg Chair Susan Schneider and Philosopher & Alcor Ambassador Max More.

How does it work? Participants open with a 1-minute position statement (quick-fire). Discussion and debate between participants continues with each making a closing statement and the end of the 30-minute round. Attendees can comment in the chat. Following the Roundtable is the H+ Academy Members Workshop.
H+ Members Workshop
The H+ Academy Members Workshop begins at the end of the Roundtable and each workshop is hosted by members of Humanity+. The workshops are simultaneous and you can join all of them! Below are the three hosts and their topics that take place on January 17:

  1. Gregory Grzybowski "Call to Action: Values of Humanity"
  2. Sever Sfrengeu "VR: Fact & Future"
  3. Jose Cordeiro "TransVision 2021"

These workshops are organized by members, who select their own topics. Each workshops can be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour or so!
INNOVATOR AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT!
The H+ Innovator Award looks into our community and acknowledges ideas and projects that encourage social change, achieve scientific accomplishments, technological advances, philosophical and intellectual visions, author unique narratives, build fascinating artistic ventures, and develop products that bridge gaps and help us to achieve transhumanist goals.
