It is almost time to apply for the H-1B visa lottery.

A bit of good news first: the US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently reengineered the H-1B visa lottery electronic system to prevent the rampant misuse and fraud that occurred during the prior years' H-1B visa lottery processes. We, therefore, expect a much higher selection result than last year's dismal 7% selection percentage.

Without further ado, we are pleased to announce that registration for this year's H-1B visa lottery will begin on March 6, 2024, and will close on March 22, 2024. Employers must submit their candidate(s) in the US Citizenship & Immigration Service's Electronic Registration application within this time window to be considered in this year's H-1B visa lottery. The result of the lottery will be announced by March 31, 2024.

Petition Filings for H-1B visa lottery winners must be submitted between April 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024.
