H-GAC has concluded its 2017 Regional Salary and Benefits Survey and its annual report is now available. This report includes a summary of all positions, the lowest and highest salaries reported, simple averages, number of cities and employees for each position surveyed for all the participating cities.
The survey covered seventy-four (74) job titles in seven (7) major job categories (executive, management/professional, administrative/clerical, emergency services, police, fire, and technical/ craft). Each responding city was asked to provide information about the number of employees, FLSA overtime status (exempt or non-exempt), employee salaries, salary range (minimum and maximum, if applicable), supervisor's title(s) and employee title(s) for each job.
All salaries are presented in annual amounts, based on 2,080 hours per year.
Participants who completed the 2017 H-GAC Regional Salary and Benefits survey will receive a complimentary copy of the 2017 Report in both electronic and physical formats.
