Living the H å fa Adai Pledge - Abundio Gorit
Abundio Gorit has been a Bell Service Agent from the Fiesta Resort Guam for the past ten years. He has been a positive contributor to good service and the overall success of the hotel.

Abundio also known as “Banjo” to his coworkers, was announced a winner of the Integrity award at the 2018 HERO Awards. He was recognized as an individual who has demonstrated a high level of integrity in protecting property.

Banjo was doing his usual morning vehicle inspection when he found a ziplock bag underneath one of the seats. The ziplock bag contained money in it. Banjo immediately called security to the scene to verify the amount and turned it in to lost and found. The money belonged to one of the hotel's repeat guests. The guest was so happy and grateful that he got his money back and provided a monetary gift for Banjo's honesty.

"There are still a lot of honest people and Banjo is one of them. Banjo is an ambassador of integrity not just for Fiesta but for the tourism industry. Employees like Banjo make guests want to come back not only for the beauty of the island but for the heart of its people," shared Emma Macalino, Fiesta Resort Guam Rooms Division Manager.
