Living the H å fa Adai Pledge - Aili Joseph
Aili Joseph is one of Hilton Guam Resort & Spa's cooks at Roy’s Kitchen. He is described as a “rising star” who takes on more than his fair share of tasks.

Aili was recently recognized for taking initiative to clean one of the outdoor walkways – not because anyone asked him to, because he noticed it needed to be done. He spent his own time picking up cigarette butts, soda cans, and small bits of trash. This is how he helps supports tourism, by beautifying areas commonly accessed by our guests so they can have a positive impression of Guam.

Aili is a team player who always goes the extra mile, has perfect attendance, and always gives his best. He can be trusted with little to no supervision, handling the dining arrangements for important functions for our Arluis and Watabe wedding guests. He strives to live up to Hilton’s motto of “Make It Right.”

Meet Banjo Gorit , a bell service agent at the Fiesta Resort Guam. He's got a serious mission to make you feel at home and comfortable as can be!
