What is Passion? By definition passion is a strong, intense love or emotion. Passion is the driving force behind excellence at your job and the biggest differentiator between greatness and mediocrity. We must ask ourselves if we are showing up with passion or just showing up? It’s sometimes easier to just show up and go through the motions….not only at your job but at home, with your family etc. It’s just easier to be average.

Sadly, nobody remembers average. Just going through the motions won’t make an impact. I get it……….you have to work harder to achieve greatness and in order to achieve greatness, you have to Care More, Do More and Believe that More is Possible. 

I believe that there is greatness in every one of you. Go back to your passion……we help people. That is our passion, our cause no matter what role you play in this organization. If you start from a place of love and hard work, greatness is always within reach. Don’t let your workplace be mediocre/ average. Be great…..Do great things…..Help more people! You’ve got this!

Fort Worth Physical Therapy

Welcome to the H2 Health Family FWPT team!

Fort Worth Physical Therapy (FWPT), the leading provider of therapy services in the greater Fort Worth, TX market. Founded in 2008, FWPT offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, and a comprehensive amputee program including prosthetic training. FWPT operates 2 locations in the market, in addition to, 3 management partnerships with healthcare providers in the region.

FWPT’s mission statement is “To provide compassionate, personalized, and revolutionary treatments that help our patients regain function by decreasing pain while improving strength and confidence.” Guy Sansone, CEO, Chairman and Co-Founder of H2 Health noted, “The team at Fort Worth Physical Therapy exemplify their mission, and the outstanding patient care and teamwork align perfectly with the culture and values of H2 Health. Did you know, the IT help Desk is available 24/7? Just give them a call at 904.944.4050!

Please call them for any of your IT questions or problems - they are ready to help! If they can not resolve it, they will escalate it for you.

The Help Desk will provide you with a ticket number usually via email. The ticket number will be required if you ever want to follow up with the internal team.

Welcome to our second addition of the H2 Health Marketing Minute! As we move into August and the fall season, many of our staff and families are heading back to school. It’s a fun time of the year when the leaves and temperatures begin to change and football season begins! School sports start up again and it’s our responsibility to provide the very best rehabilitation services necessary to keep our kiddos and student-athletes healthy. With that being said, keep an eye out for our August emails and social media posts with student-athlete health and concussion safety information. 

This month I found a great quote that I want to share from Jen Sincero, author of Badass Habits, a book that I highly recommend. “In every moment, you have the profound ability to make choices that will completely change your habits and your reality, either right away or over time”. Making powerful, life-altering choices is simply a habit so start today!”

So, what choice will you make today? I say we make a choice to bring health, wellness, and happiness to each of our patient interactions!

Did you know that all H2 Health patients must sign a formal release BEFORE their medical records can be sent to any third-party requestor such as an attorney or anyone else they may wish to share their records. This does NOT include any insurance company that we may be processing claims on behalf of the patient. In fact, we can now charge for any qualifying medical records request that is not directly from the patient or their insurance company that may be requesting additional information to have the claim paid. 

For more information regarding medical records requests, please reference our H2 policy specific to medical records found in your locations’ H2 Health Policy & Procedures Manual under the following section: 4.10 – H2 Health Administrative Manual – Medical Records Requests.
