If you are still experiencing issues with calls, data not working and other network features with your device, you are most likely experiencing issues with AT&T Wireless recent 3G shutdown.
This not only affects H2O Wireless, but all carriers under the AT&T Wireless network - Cricket Wireless, Net10, Pure Talk.
In order to resolve the issue, you may need to reset your APN settings if your device is compatible on the AT&T network.
If it is not compatible you may need to port your number over to carriers like Ultra Mobile as your current device may be still compatible under their network.
