No, I am not watching soccer or thinking about last year’s World Cup. I am, however, thinking about Goals.
With Hanukkah now over, Christmas 6 days away, and the New Year just a little beyond that, planning Optimum RTS’s strategy is forefront on my mind. The last 5 years have been really great, and I have learned so much and helped so many companies find great people. Beyond that we have helped so many great people take the next move in their career either by finding them that job or helping them with strategies of their own.
As great as the past 5 years have been, 2019 is shaping up to be the best year yet and the word of the year will be expansion.
That’s right, Optimum RTS is going to experience a period of growth, and it has already started. Within the last few months my permanent recruiting team has doubled in size by adding to my existing team members (Galen, Michelle, and Allison) with Judy and Elizabeth who will start just after the New Year, plus Ed and Adam, who have already hit the ground running. This is only the beginning as we have the goal of adding another six through the first part of the year and then another six during the 2
nd
half of the year. This will allow us to not only service the local market but also become a national recruiting powerhouse.
