Varsity Cooking Class
Join Chef Matt Little Dog and staff on January 18 from 6 - 8 p.m. for the first ever Varsity Cooking Class. On the menu is wild Alaska salmon - where Chef will demonstrate searing, roasting and grilling techniques. A few lucky students may even get to participate as sous chefs! Class includes demonstration, dinner and wine tasting.
