In 2020 we moved into a beautiful new office space and coming into 2021 we made more exciting changes that will help us be a better and more efficient company for you to do business with. We upgraded our website and installed a new CRM, Customer Relationship Management software system, both will enable us to acquire, produce and deliver flooring more effectively and will also help us better communicate with you. Speaking of our customers, I want to thank you for your business and asked that you refer us whenever you get a chance, more than 90% of our business comes from our happy customers and we really appreciate it. If it has been more than 3 years since we installed or refinished your floors it may be time to freshen them up and make them look new again.
