Castaway Critters' mission is to save the lives of, and provide new beginnings for, lost, sick and abandoned companion animals through rescue, rehabilitation, adoptions and spay/neuter programs.

We may not be able to solve all the world's problems, but we can transform the lives of countless animals. We provide a lifeline for those facing neglect, abandonment, and unimaginable hardship. By giving these deserving creatures a second chance, we offer them the opportunity to experience the joy of a loving home and the comfort of knowing they are safe and cherished.

Not able to adopt a new family member? Consider donating or sponsoring an animal in need. We spend over $100,000 on vetting expenses every year, so every donation helps. Check out some of our events and other ways you can help below.

WE CAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR 2025 RESOLUTION!

Did your resolution momentum quickly fizzle out last year? We have a great idea on keeping it going all year long. These resolutions don't even have to take up a lot of your time.

Get Involved -- Fill out an application to volunteer. Either with fundraising events, fostering, helping with transporting cats, taking care of cats in store habitats or our sanctuary. We are also always looking for homemade pet toys. Check out our website for more information or contact us at info@castawaycritters.org.

Donate -- We are always in need of cat trees, cat scratchers, food, litter, cleaning supplies and toys. See our wish lists at Wish list items. Clear out your closets and take your things to Community Aid. Give them Castaway Critters code #10415 and they will give us a donation.

Have a fundraiser for us -- At your next get-together, ask for everyone to bring a donation for us. Whether it be food, litter, toys or gift cards.

Monetary donations -- Set up an automatic monthly donation. It doesn't have to be a lot; every little bit helps. Or make a Tribute or Memorial contribution in honor of a loved one.

Your support is the miracle that saves our animals in so many ways.

FOLLOW WHAT WE DO

You might have missed our latest rescue of Amelia on December 30. By the look on her face, it is clear she has lost all hope. And without our help this 4-month-old kitten would never have seen 2025. We are hoping she will make a full recovery. Follow us on Facebook so you never miss any of our rescues this year.
