As summer begins to wind down, we are preparing to join the Habitat for Humanity - ReBUILD LA recovery initiative to help rebuild homes for families recovering from the wildfire devastation of the Palisades Fire last year. The ReBUILD is from September 23rd through the 26th. It's a 4-day event engaging 500 volunteers to help in the rebuilding of the Palisades and Malibu -- with more work days and opportunities throughout the fall.

To contribute to the work as a parish, we will be making a Special Appeal during weekend masses of August 15/16. Our goal is $25,000. Our parish coordinator, Rick Bisetti will share a short announcement at mass and invite your participation.

Your gift will help restore homes, strengthen neighborhoods, and bring hope to those rebuilding their lives. Please prayerfully consider participating in this special offering as we join together in sharing Christ's love through compassionate action.

This is the Hour for Love campaign helps Catholic schools afford supplies, ensures parishes can continue serving their communities, and supports programs that bring faith to those who need it most.
