The Ed Poling Memorial HARC Hike for Hunger & Hope is a non-competitive fundraising event open to all ages. The Canal Hike is a fully supported 5K or 10K hike on the beautiful C&O Canal towpath OR a "virtual hike" - any day, anywhere. The Challenge Hike has 10-mile or 20-mile options on the Appalachian Trail in MD. 2-1 match on ALL fundraising!  Proceeds support HARC programs, with a significant portion going to Micah's Backpack and the Refugee Welcome Network.
