HARRIS' LEAD IN MINNESOTA RAPIDLY SHRINKING WHILE DFL CRAFTS

Minneapolis, MN — Last week, a publicly available poll showed that Kamala Harris' lead in Minnesota had decreased to just 4 points. Two weeks prior, Harris had a 5 point lead. And prior to choosing Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, she had a 10 point lead.

"It's statistically undeniable that Minnesotans are rapidly rejecting the Harris-Walz ticket, and, specifically, Governor Walz" said Chairman David Hann. "With its own governor on the ticket, the only explanation for Democrats being dangerously close to the margin of error here is that their policies have failed so miserably both nationally and at home that Minnesotans can't help but vote for a change."

The poll found that Independent voters are supporting Trump over Harris 2-to-1 and that Harris is underperforming Biden in greater Minnesota and in the suburbs.

The Trump campaign has almost two dozen paid staffers in Minnesota, over a dozen offices, and more than 1,400 volunteer captains who have been trained since August 1 at events featuring nationally known surrogates such as Roseanne Barr and Jim Jordan. The campaign also has 308 upcoming events planned all across the state.

Meanwhile, the DFL has half that many events posted with, no surprise, the vast majority in the metro - including a crafting event tonight in Wayzata. The DFL also hosted a craft sale in May, a "Arts and Crafts Mural Night " in Stillwater a week ago, and an "Arts and Crafts with DFLers in Saint Paul" that encouraged participants to "express your creativity" and "craft vibrant and meaningful pieces that reflect our shared values and vision."
