Joyful Noise plays bells with Hennepin Chime during worship. Meet in the sanctuary at 9am! Please email Krista at riedel.krista@gmail.com if you will NOT be there that morning.


We will also be celebrating the end of this season of Joyful Noise with a pizza party at 11:40am this day for JN kids and families. 
 
 

Caring Connections

We would like to pilot a new community building opportunity by connecting families with our homebound Hennepin friends. The kids love making cards to send with flowers for Easter and Christmas. What if we connect families more closely with homebound individuals and create opportunities for visits and more authentic connection? The elderly frequently love to interact with young people, and many of our young people don’t have the benefit of grandparents living nearby. ASP Mission Trip Meeting: TONIGHT!

Good Samaritan UMC

Culture and Sensitivity Night 6:30-8:30pm in the Fellowship Hall at Good Samaritan UMC, 5730 Grove St., Edina, MN 55436. This is a mandatory event. We’ll have fun, learn important things, and eat some Dairy Queen treats!
 
 

Capturing Stories

In our brainstorming session last month, some of the youth indicated that they would enjoy spending time with our elderly members. We would love to invite interested youth to interview some of our homebound members as part of our 150th Celebration. We would capture these interviews on video, and then edit them to be used in worship or on our social media platforms. I’ve heard from a couple of you, but would love to hear from more! Interested? Graduation Sunday

This has become such a joyfilled part of my life! Our youth are so, so talented! We have attended an amazing concert, show choir that had us dancing in our seats, and now we are learning the finer points of off sides in lacross.
