Teenagers in Grades 8-12 are invited to participate in a multi-faceted ministry at Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church. You're encouraged to join Youth Director Rick Belbutoski and other adult leaders for a variety of ministries, events, and ways to serve your neighbor in the name of Jesus Christ.
Hello Hennepin Youth and Families,

I hope that MLK day provides a nice extra day of rest for you and all the youth. From talking and texting with many youth, I know that an extra day off is welcome for many. I do want to invite parents and youth to participate in Hennepin's effort to honor the Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King on Monday. Students, parents, and staff are invited to join in a reading of Dr. King's famous letter from Birmingham Jail on Monday at 4 pm. More info is below.

Have a great weekend, and I look forward to connecting soon!

We will gather online at 4 pm and plan to go live at 4:15 pm. The letter will take between 45-55 minutes to read.

Email at rick@haumc.org or text Rick to RSVP at (317) 517-5968, and thanks in advance for helping Hennepin honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King.
Parent/Guardian Book Discussion

Join a group of parents, grandparents, and other adults on Sunday evenings at 7:30 p.m. We discuss great books, learn through conversation, and support each other as we take action steps to be anti-racist within our daily lives. All while trying to have an impact on the kids we love.
