Confirmation Advent Volunteers

As a way to be a part of the Advent Season and answer the call to service that comes along with going through confirmation, students are encouraged to sign up to serve as a wreath lighter and liturgist for the beginning of the Sanctuary service.

Care Packages

Hennepin loves young people!  Each year we send  care   packages  to our 18-22 year olds to remind them we are thinking of them whether they are studying, working, taking a gap year or something else!  We are accepting donations of small items that may be helpful or fun for them to receive - mints, chocolate, pens, gum, cough drops, chapstick, post it notes, tea or hot cocoa packets, instant soup mix, notes of encouragements, etc.  Collection boxes are in the East entry November 10, and donations should be at church by November 23rd .  Any questions, please email Debra at  hovla003@yahoo.com .    

Buck Hill Ski Trip

The overnight ski trip to Buck Hill will be Friday March 6. The cost to  participate  is $45, and transportation from the church will be provided. If your youth is interested in attending, please email Rick - rick@haumc.org. This event is open to everyone 11 years-old and up. The deadline to sign up is February 16th.
