Executive Officer Announcement

Hello and good day to you all!

It's been a busy start to the new year and we've got some great things coming your way!

I hope you all will join us at our February GMM & BOD Installations THIS THURSDAY, 11:45am - 1pm, at Gerhard's cafe. This is a great opportunity to meet your Board or Directors. Southeastern Insurance Consultants (SIC) will provide informative information to the group about insurance opportunities for your business! You must be registered to attend. You may register online or contact me directly no later than 5pm Wednesday 2/12/25.

Our Spring Golf Tournament is right around the corner! We did have a waiting list for last year's event, so go online or contact me to secure your team and/or sponsorship today!

Some exciting news for all you shooters out there - HBAGS will host a SPRING CLAY SHOOT on Thursday, May 15, 2025! This will be at River Bend and SIC will provide another delicious BBQ meal! More details to come.

We do still need funding for our General Membership luncheons & socials. Our 2025 Sponsorship Package and Calendar of Events is attached above and below. Please review and let me know if you are interested in securing your sponsorship spot for one of our General Membership Meetings (GMM) and/or any upcoming event.

You do not have to be a member to sponsor and support HBAGS! Sponsorship is our main source of revenue, and we cannot grow without your support! Please contact me for more information.

Business Hours

The HBA Spartanburg Business Hours are open Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. However, the office may not be open even though business is being conducted (i.e. meetings, classes, remote work, etc.). If you plan to visit the office, please call us at 864-583-5471 so that we can ensure the office is open when you arrive.

The HBA office will be closed the following days:

The office may be closed at other times as needed. Please phone ahead if you plan to visit the office. Payments, Registration Forms, etc. may be dropped in the mail slot in the front door when the office is closed.
